Role Summary:

Lead the HR operations function in a fast-paced organization, ensuring efficient people processes, discipline, compliance, and high employee experience. Exercise fair authority to uphold company policies, operational standards, and workforce accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all HR operational areas -- onboarding to exit, payroll, benefits, and HRIS management. Enforce company policies and workplace discipline with fairness and consistency. Ensure 100% statutory compliance and timely audits across all business units. Maintain accurate employee records, HR data integrity, and MIS reporting. Supervise payroll accuracy, leave administration, and employee grievance handling. Partner with business leaders to drive process adherence and operational excellence. Lead, mentor, and monitor HR operations team for timely, high-quality delivery. Continuously improve systems, workflows, and employee service SLAs. Visit Branches across indiam metro cities once in a while to ensure cultural and policy continuity

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong command of HR operations, compliance, and HRMS platforms. Fair yet firm approach in policy enforcement and workforce management. Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and leadership presence. Analytical, process-oriented, and capable of managing high-volume transactions.

Qualification:

MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent with 8-12 years of progressive HR operations experience in fast-paced environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
