Develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives of the healthcare organization.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for all levels of staff, including nurses, doctors, and administrative personnel.
Employee Relations:
Address employee concerns, performance issues, and disciplinary actions, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Performance Management:
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, providing feedback and guidance to employees and managers.
Compensation and Benefits:
Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
Employee Development:
Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
HR Policy and Compliance:
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
HR Data and Analytics:
Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of HR data to support decision-making and measure HR effectiveness.
Payroll Management:
This includes accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, deductions, and statutory contributions (PF, ESI, etc.).
Statutory Returns and Filings:
Preparing and submitting various statutory returns to government authorities (e.g., PF returns, ESI returns, income tax returns) within specified deadlines.
Record Maintenance:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and other statutory documents.
Compliance Audits:
Conducting regular internal audits to identify and address any compliance gaps or potential issues.
Employee Benefit Management:
Overseeing employee benefit plans (e.g., PF, gratuity, insurance) and ensuring they are administered correctly.
