Proven experience in bringing out healthy employee relations.
Sound knowledge of employee benefits and compensation plans.
Complete know-how of talent recruitment processes.
Identify the department's objectives and goals for the human resource. Research, develop, and implement such HR policies and organizational strategies that boost and improve the work environment for employees.
Analyze the performance metrics of a recruitment drive and provide insights and suggestions to improve the HR recruitment process.
Analyze HR statistics and metrics like employee performance, turnover, retention, and cost per hire rate.
Knowledge of QMS (API & ISO) & compliances is mandatory. Knowledge of EHS & compliances.
