Plant at Tilda Industrial Area, Raipur, Chhattisgarh,
having good exposure of handling all sort of HRM and Administrative responsibilities in a large Manufacturing Plant.
:
Manpower Planning, Sourcing, Recruiting, placement and allocating duties and responsibilities, Performance Assessment, growth & development.
Salary administration, Statutory Compliances under various Acts and Labour Laws viz. Factory Act, Contract Labor Act, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc., and liaison with concerned authorities.
Employee Engagement, Welfare, Grievance Handling, Counseling and dispute resolution
Drafting and implementing HR Policies.
Preparing Employee Database including Attendance, Leave and and various HRIS,
Oversee Plant Administration, Facility Management, Fleet Management, Housekeeping, Security & Safety , and other day to day issues at the Plant.
Dealing with various authorities like Gram Panchayat, Patwari, Land & Revenue Department, Local Administrative bodies, EHS officials, and other statutory authorities like PF, ESI, Factory Inspector, etc.
Ensure necessary compliance under various laws to smoothly run the Plant operations.
Coordination with Vendors and Suppliers for various requirements.
Deployment of contractors for various blue collar works and Monitoring of contract Labour, and verification of Contractors bills
Independent noting, drafting and correspondence.
Qualification:
Graduate/Post Graduate, Proficient in MS Office, Internet, Email and handling Payroll Software
Experience:
Having 10-15 years relevant experience, in HRM, Plant Administration, Liaison & Coordination in a Manufacturing Unit.
Skills:
Effective Interpersonal and Strong Communication Skills.
Good analytical and decision making skills
Ability to take initiative to proactively resolve various issues.
Able to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
