Successfully design and implement processes for the rollout of T&L operations and lead a team of Training and Learning associates.Focus on customer expectations and ensure best practices and standardization on T&L processes.To enable and encourage the personal growth and curiosity of colleagues and contribute to the creation of a learning culture in the NO, in line with legislation, internal regulations, good practices and business objectives
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably at manufacturing sites
5 years of leadership experience in GxP training & learning
Strong knowledge of GxP compliance, audit management, quality decision-making, and inspection preparedness
Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with a focus on coaching, talent development, and fostering a learning culture
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and standard IT applications supporting training activities
Excellent consulting, facilitation, and business partnering skills; ability to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally
Stakeholder influence without authority
Essential Requirements
Min 8 years of experience from pharmaceutical industry preferably manufacturing Sites, 5 years of experience in field of GxP training & learning as a leader role.
Knowledge of GxP; Audit Management; Quality decision making; Inspection Preparedness.
MS Office applications and other standard IT applications supporting T&L activities
Master's / bachelor's degree in pharmacy or science or business administration (Preferred)
