Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 5-10 analytics professionals supporting a key client in the utilities domain
• Engage directly with client leadership to define project roadmaps and strategic vision
• Manage delivery of multiple projects, ensuring business impact and value generation
• Drive insights across business, marketing, customer, and operational analytics
• Oversee end-to-end project execution with a strong focus on continuous improvement
• Mentor team members and support their development through structured learning and coaching
• Use advanced analytics to guide business decisions in areas like pricing, performance, and marketing strategies

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics and data science roles
• Proven experience in client engagement and stakeholder management, particularly with senior leaders
• Background in consulting and a strong understanding of business analytics
• Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Tableau/Power BI, Python
• Strong statistical and analytical capabilities
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, or related fields
