Key Responsibilities
Franchise Development & Recruitment:
Identify markets, recruit and onboard franchisees, and finalize franchise agreements.
Franchise Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations, financial performance, compliance, and brand standards across locations.
Vendor & Marketing Support:
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and support local marketing initiatives.
Operational Excellence:
Conduct audits, ensure quality, food safety, and customer service standards; drive process improvements.
People Management:
Lead and develop team members, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to HR and corporate policies.
Competitor Analysis:
Track industry trends and suggest best practices for franchise growth and operations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
New markets/franchisees acquired and onboarded
Franchisee compliance and satisfaction levels
Financial performance of franchisees
Operational audits and issue resolution
Sales growth and customer satisfaction metrics
Job Specifications
Postgraduate in Business Administration/Marketing/Hospitality with 10-15 years' experience.
Background in food retail/restaurant/bakery chains preferred.
Strong knowledge of franchise models, operations, and legal requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Analytical, self-driven, and willing to travel frequently.
