Develop accurate revenue, OPEX, and margin forecasts, ensuring alignment with global FP&A standards

Build, enhance, and own financial models supporting strategic and operational planning

2. Management Reporting & Analytics
###
Prepare monthly performance dashboards, variance analyses, and executive review materials for Japan business leadership
###
Provide actionable insights on sales trends, pricing, gross margin evolution, lifecycle management, and market dynamics
###
Drive root?cause analytics to explain variances vs. prior periods, budget, and forecast
###
3. Business Partnering
###
Work closely with Japan country finance, commercial, supply chain, and global FP&A teams
###
Support key stakeholders with ad?hoc analysis, scenario modelling, and decision-support tools
###
Participate in strategic projects, that may include product launches, portfolio profitability reviews, and productivity initiatives
###
4. Process Excellence & Reporting Governance
###
Ensure compliance with Sandoz global financial governance and controls
###
Support process improvements and standardization of FP&A deliverables for Japan
###
Contribute to automation and digital FP&A initiatives (SAP, BPC, Power BI, Excel-based tools)
###
5. Performance Management
###
Track key financial KPIs and highlight risks, opportunities, and business implications
###
Support monthly business reviews (MBRs), quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and leadership presentations
###

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or related field
###
CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred
###
~7 years of relevant FP&A / finance business partnering experience, ideally in pharma, healthcare, or FMCG industries
###
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills
###
Hands-on experience with financial systems: SAP, BPC, and advanced MS Excel
###
Ability to work with stakeholders across geographies, time zones, and cultures
