The candidate should have strong knowledge group accounts & finance, all accounting compliances, strong dealing with banks for finance. Male candidates preferred.

Responsibilities:

Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team. Providing strategic recommendations to the MD and members of the executive management team. Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting. Advising on long-term business and financial planning. Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners Reviewing all formal finance related procedures. Responsible for overall financial controls of the group including Budgeting, accounting, MIS, Compliance and Taxation. Coordinate and produce all tax documentation as required. Execute the financial strategy of the company. Manage financial controls and accounting procedures. Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company. Provide advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs. Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks in a timely manner. Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained. Maintain speed and accuracy of billings and client payments Should be well versed with import and export policies

Strong organizational skills. Familiarity with financial law and regulations Proven ability to work independently and take initiative. Positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
