Sr. Manager / AGM - Finance*Department

Location- Thane

Qualification - 15+ years of exp. in Accounts, Finance, Investments & auditing.



- Fund Flow ManagementManaging Fun
- Credit Monitoring Arrangement

- Co-ordinations with Bank & Financial Institutions

- Maintaining all types of loan schedules with Principle & Interest BifurcationCo-ordinations with all Banks & Financial Institutions for Banking Transaction & Documentation as and when necessary Maintaining list of Collateral Security with Ratio

- Preparation of Cash Flow Statement on monthly basisCo-ordination with Auditors for Financial Data

- Maintaining Division wise/SS wise Outstanding DataMonitoring Division wise Collection TermsWork out plan for recovering old outstanding

- Continuous Follow up with Legal Department for Legal cases of Recovery Physical Verification of claims & stocks of SSVisit to SS for Old outstanding Recovery

- Handling all data pertaining to Investments (RD, FD, MF etc.)

- Providing all audit related data to Statutory Auditors
