About (Department)
The Office of Admissions is responsible for an effective and efficient admission process in line with the vision of the University. The major functions of the Office of Admissions include, but are not limited to:
Advising students about programmes offered, admission procedure, eligibility, and costs involved.
Following up with students for any enquiries through direct meetings, phone calls, or emails, providing clarification in a professional manner.
Analysing the applications of prospective students based on the standard admission policies.
Coordinating with faculty members to conduct interviews and select students for enrolment in different programmes.
Reviewing applications of students who seek financial assistance.
Participating in outreach activities such as education events, open houses, education fairs, school visits, and off-campus events.
Working closely with academic staff and the Office of Brand and Communication to ensure maximum student enrolments.
Developing strategies and enrolment plans in coordination with senior management to enhance brand perception and enrol more students.
Maintaining a database of students to generate MIS reports for management for effective decision-making whenever required.
Contributing to the continuous development and improvement of the admission process, ensuring high-quality service.
Ensuring timely fee collections from the students pertaining to revenue generation.
Establishing good PR with stakeholders, including faculty, students, parents, and bankers, to ensure maximum enrolments and retention of students.

Graduate/Post Graduate in any stream.

Minimum 10-12 years of experience in the relevant roles.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
Plan and execute school and college outreach programmes across India to promote the University's undergraduate and postgraduate offerings.
Build and sustain partnerships with career counsellors, schools, and coaching centres to drive student interest and applications.
Conceptualise, plan, and execute external events such as education fairs, design conclaves, exhibitions, and partner meets.
Handle all external relationships related to marketing and admissions, ensuring alignment with the University's outreach goals.
Collaborate with the Office of Brand and Communication to ensure all outreach communication and event branding are consistent and aligned with Anant's brand identity.
Lead, mentor, and monitor a pan-India outreach team to ensure territory and national-level goals are met.
Ensure daily MIS, dashboards, and reports are accurately maintained and shared with management to track outreach activities, leads, and outcomes.
Use CRM tools (ExtraEdge/Meritto) and AI-based analytics to optimise outreach efficiency and partner engagement.
Stay updated on the latest student-related trends, communication styles, and student expectations to design relevant engagement strategies.
Conduct interactive sessions, seminars, and workshops with students, parents, and influencers across India.
Travel extensively for events, outreach, and relationship management.
