About this role: The Senior Manager of Executive Communications will help lead the creation and execution of a compelling integrated communications strategy for ServiceNow\'s engineering org, the innovators behind ServiceNow\'s platform for digital transformation. In this role, the ideal candidate will serve as a strategic comms partner to ServiceNow\'s Chief Technology Officer and help drive their thought leadership narrative across internal and external channels. They will advise on messaging and communication strategies with the goal of driving employee engagement, amplifying our unique engineering talent brand, and ServiceNow\'s unique value proposition. We\'re looking for an amazing writer and storyteller, cross-platform communicator - a true strategic business partner who understands how to translate business priorities into engaging, inspiring content and experiences! What you will do: Develop and execute a thoughtful, innovative, and engaging integrated communications strategy to support our engineering org priorities and business outcomes. Build confidence, advocacy, and community among ServiceNow employees and customers by demonstrating our platform for digital business value proposition and innovation prowess. Position the head of ServiceNow\'s engineering org as a business transformation leader via internal and external communication channels - blog, social, speaking opportunities, etc. Support the leader\'s ongoing communication needs and employee engagement initiatives. Connect and engage employees through storytelling that highlights and celebrates the engineering team\'s culture of purpose-driven innovation. Develop and execute comms strategy to support M&As and company\'s future or work by partnering closely with cross-functional business partners. Leverage listening and evaluation tools, best practices, analyze insights, and iterate plans and messaging accordingly. Qualifications What you will bring: Bachelor\'s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field. 10 - 15 years of proven success guiding strategy and execution of global integrated comms and thought leadership campaigns. Confidence in counseling senior org leaders on comms strategy, messaging, and engagement. Ability to translate business and product strategies into compelling narratives that resonate and activate. Passion for writing, editing, and storytelling and visualizing across multiple communication channels. Curiosity about ServiceNow\'s platform and innovations and their impact on the world of work. Experience project managing and driving cross-functional alignment on shared outcomes with a highly distributed team. Ability to independently prioritize shifting workloads. Energy, resourcefulness, and self-motivation with a healthy splash of humor. FD21 For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $137,500 - $240,500, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
