To populate and saturate Go To Market for Digital Offers and Optimum Meters through B2B Distributors, Blokset/Prisma and High Touch Panel Builders, Design & Consulting Institutes.
The role shall report to the Digital Power Transaction Leader for Metering & PFC Component at India
Key responsibilities include:
Business Development of EcoStruxure Power Connected Layer Offer including PME/PO/EnergyHub & Cloud Based offers-Power Advisor
Leverage existing GTM of Blokset/Prisma Partners, High Touch Panel Builders, Design & Consulting Institutes and B2B Distributors
The role should also drive growth of Optimum Meters (ION9K, PM8K, PM5K, PM2K), Special Application Meters (PowerTag, BCPM, Vigilohm) & Gateways (Panel Server) to further support growth of Software
Drive innovation Build the application pitch for Software for Panel Builders and Consultants
Develop GTM strategy to support Software Sales, Installation & Commissioning through Panel Builders & Consultants
Build customer specific POC and architectures
Work on targeted Customer conversion (End Users, Panel Builders, Design & Consulting Institutes)
Drive Prescription and Consultative selling approach with specifier community for connected offers
Partner support (Panel Builders/B2B Distributors) Collaborate for opportunity conversions
Support partners in successful integration of Innovation offers
Transfer from POC to Scalable & Repeatable Customer solution
Business Process Build training modules and Conduct trainings for NS/Tech Marketing/ EcoXperts/B2B Disty/PnB/OEM
Build application and architecture repositories
Provide feedback to Country Offer Marketing, Line of Business Product Management for developing new features, functionality, and processes to improve the offering
Track the pipeline of opportunities to support and ensures proper customer project process is followed

Qualifications
Education: Bachelors in Electrical/ Electronics & Communications engg
Proven Pre-Sales or Business development or Product Marketing experience of more than 2-3 years preferably with a knowledge of Panel Metering Solutions
Knowledge of LV, MV Electrical Distribution system
Understanding of Communication Protocols in Electrical System will be an added advantage
Digital Mindset with Passion for driving Digitalization of Electrical System
Role may call for 60-70 PERCENT travel in a month across India
Strong business acumen and analytical skills
Excellent listening & communication skills with the ability to influence others and to build strong business networks at different levels of the organisation
Good judgement, autonomously working style and good interpersonal skills
Fluent in English
