We're looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager who will take ownership of BitRaser's digital strategy and execution across all digital channels. This role is pivotal in driving lead generation, product awareness, and customer engagement for BitRaser across global markets, especially targeting B2B SaaS tech buyers.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for enhancing digital presence of BitRasersoftware (S/W from Stellar),by developing marketing & communication functions. Your prime goal will be to work with various teams to enhance, develop & promote the website effectively for demand generation. You will also be responsible for PR communication activities.
Digital Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies to grow traffic, generate qualified leads, and increase brand visibility for BitRaser.
SEO & Content Marketing:
Drive organic growth through on-page and off-page SEO. Collaborate with content writers to ensure SEO-optimized blogs, landing pages, and product content. Collaborate with media partners and digital publications to secure high-quality backlinks and strategic content placements.
Performance Marketing:
Plan and execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, display, remarketing) with clear ROI metrics. Optimize campaigns for CPL and CAC benchmarks.
Social Media Management:
Develop engaging content and manage social presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. Increase follower base and engagement with relevant posts.
Data Analytics & Reporting:
Track and report campaign performance via Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager,and other tools. Use insights to drive optimizations.
Team Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to create compelling campaigns,product messaging, and sales enablement materials like factsheet and brochures.
Website Enhancement & Updation:
Own the BitRaser website from a marketing perspective. Collaborate with the web design & development team to continuously improve UX, content flow, SEO,performance, and lead conversion through updated design and content.
Press Release Creation & Dissemination:
Get press releases drafted from content team for new product updates, partnerships,awards, and events. Coordinate distribution through PR platforms, media contacts, and digital channels to maximize visibility
Desired Experience
11-13 years
Out of which 7-8 years of experience in B2B digital marketing (in software,SaaS, or cybersecurity)
Key Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and creative teams
Know-how of tools & platforms - SEMrush, Google GA4, Search Console,
HubSpot, LinkedIn PR distribution tools (e.g., PRWeb, Business Wire) is a plus.
Qualification
Computer Science Graduate or BE Electronics and Communication
Masters in Marketing
Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, CRM, and marketing automation platforms
