Purpose & Scope of Position

Key Responsibilities
Planning & design of medium/large hydro power projects Prepare independently layouts and tender documents for the above, bid evaluation, review of contractor's / designer's designs and drawings for Hydro Power Projects. Analysis, design, detailing, coordination & preparation of construction drawings related to hydro power structures like dams/barrages, underground structures, Powerhouse etc., Feasibility and Due Diligence Studies. Familiarity with Indian, British, American and European Codes would be an added advantage. Analysis and design of RCC with various codes and standard Indian as well as international. Estimation of BOQ and preparation of drawing. Hands on experience in AutoCAD will be added advantage. Candidate should interact with client and site team to resolve the technical and project related issues. Review of MQP and FQP for the Civil works. Discussion with All Stakeholders involved in project. Qualification
B.E, B.Tech or M.E / M.Tech - Civil / Structural Engineering. Minimum 10+ yrs of Experience with experience in Hydro projects worked atleast one detailed Engineering project of 25MW capacity and independently manged a team of Engineers and designers of Hydro Projects with consulting environment.
