We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven

media sales professional

to drive advertising revenue and expand our brand partnerships across

multi-channel offerings

.

Vertical:

Women's, Children, and General Interest products, across 8 Indian languages (Grihshobha, Champak, Sarita, Saras Salil, Manohar Kahaniyan, Farm n Food)

Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth by developing and executing ad sales strategies across print, digital, and event IPs. Build and nurture strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and media planners. Identify new business opportunities and craft innovative brand solutions. Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and product teams to deliver customized advertising campaigns. Lead and grow digital ad sales while exploring new monetization opportunities. Ensure revenue targets are met consistently with strategic client servicing and account management.

Key Requirements

7 - 15 years of proven experience in

media ad sales

. Strong network and established relationships with advertisers, agencies, and key decision-makers. Creative thinker with the ability to design impactful brand solutions. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Strong communication and presentation capabilities.
