Job Description


Highly motivated and experienced sales professional up to 5-8 years of experience to join our Field Services Sales team as Sr. Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Consultant in Bangalore location. This position reports to head of Business Development - FS, Greater India zone.

The candidate must have high level knowledge on technical services solutions (modernization & up-gradation), understand relay & protection, comfortable in meeting customer and passionate about consultative selling in various market segments. Experience in site execution of Switchgear, Transformer, Protection, Audit Services will be preferred.

  • End to End responsibilities \xe2\x80\x93 Leader generation to execution of Consulting and Audit
  • Understand, Learn, deploy various global & local services to various segment customers.
  • Support Sales for technical discussions, customer presentation, closer meeting with clients.
  • Support bid with right level of costing, cost optimization, technical SOW assessment
  • Training to sales team
  • Identifying the customer actual need & promote the consulting offers accordingly.
  • Selection the type of consulting offers to be proposed based on business nature of customer
  • Site execution, suggest customer outcome based solution
Main interactions:

Internal: Services team: OSSR Sales Team, Tendering, Business Development, Segment sales, BU sales etc.

External: EU Customers

Education and Skills:
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering within Min 5 years site work experience for execution
  • Maintenance & project execution minimum 33KV distribution side
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Capabilities to influence, convince inside/outside
  • Ability to build a sustainable and reliable relationship with customers.
