Role Overview:



We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits (C&B) leader who can design, implement, and manage competitive, equitable, and scalable C&B programs aligned with Azentio's talent strategy. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring internal equity, market competitiveness, and compliance across all geographies where Azentio operates.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Org Rewards Strategy: Design and execute region-specific compensation and benefits strategies tailored to attract and retain product & engineering talent in MEA and APAC. Market Intelligence: Leverage global and regional benchmarks (Mercer, Radford, Aon) to ensure internal parity and external competitiveness for critical tech and product roles. Annual Review Processes: Lead and manage the compensation review cycles (merit increases, variable pay, retention bonus programs, etc.) for the Product function in collaboration with HRBPs and functional leaders. Benefits Management: Evaluate and manage regionally relevant benefits programs, including health insurance, wellness, and retirement offerings, ensuring alignment with employee expectations and statutory compliance. Equity & Retention: Support ESOP planning and communication strategies, especially for niche and leadership roles within the product team. Governance & Compliance: Ensure consistent application of job evaluation frameworks, salary bands, and pay practices across MEA & APAC while adhering to local labor regulations. C&B Analytics: Deliver deep-dive analysis and dashboards to monitor cost impact, pay competitiveness, gender parity, and reward effectiveness across geographies. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, Legal, Product Leadership, Talent Acquisition, and Regional HR to align reward decisions with business goals.

Qualifications:

Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 8-12 years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably supporting Product or Technology organizations. Deep understanding of reward frameworks in

MEA & APAC

, especially UAE, KSA, India, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Expertise in compensation benchmarking tools and methodologies (e.g., Mercer IPE, Radford, Hay). Familiarity with global HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors). Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel, Power BI or similar tools. Ability to work across time zones and influence stakeholders in a matrixed, cross-cultural environment. High integrity, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
