About Company:
The client is involved in the preparation of Civil, Structural, and Engineering drawings with supporting documents for construction-related activities, the client is also supplying design documents needed for the construction of Mobile Telecommunication Sites, with various Telecom service providers. The client offers end-to-end engineering design to plan and complete projects on time.
An Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will ensure end to end project delivery with quality, till billing. Review and validate performance reports; monitor metrics and automate reporting where possible. Handle major client complaints; diagnose root causes and suggest improvements. Oversee contract / NDA renewals and compliance. Manage drafting standards & drawings (especially via AutoCAD), ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Lead implementation of automation in processes / workflows to improve efficiency.
Key Competencies:
1. Minimum 10+ years of experience, especially in Telecom and Civil Structure
2. Proficient in AutoCAD drafting (2D / 3D, civil & telecom related drawings)
3. Experience in automation tools or processes (workflow automation, performance reporting automation, etc.)
4. Strong technical knowledge in telecom infrastructure and civil structures
5. Process oriented, analytical, with ability to identify loopholes and improve operations
6. Contractual / legal awareness, including NDAs and client contracts
