Job Description

10-12 years of experience in a Multi-national company. Experience in Pharmaceutical sector would be an added advantage. Candidate with C&B experience will be preferred.

Major Responsibilities:

  • End to End Compensation Planning - Budgeting
  • Overall responsible of Benefits - refreshing the benefits & policies as per the market
  • End to End managing Payroll - Two legal entities
  • HR Data Analytics - Dash board , Analytics , MIS reports , Local and Global
  • Reward & Recognition - Local recognition , tenure based , performance based rewards and retentions plans
  • Sales & Production incentive plans and exposure
  • Global tech Ops HR analytics and exposure - desirable and may be an added advantage to the role
  • Tax Optimization exposure & Annual increments / Benchmarking / Market intelligence of new trends
  • Good personality with communication skills - Employee and Stakeholders engagement is needed
  • Diversity candidate will be good though merit will prevail
  • Preferred from Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals.
  • Digital & Digitalization exposure will be a good to have.
Requirements

10-15 years of experience in a Multi-national / well recognised Indian manufacturing unit.

Experience in Pharmaceutical sector esp. Bulk Drugs unit / Food Processing or chemical industry would be an added advantage.

Knowledge - Conversant with the latest HR trends and best practices
