Roles & Responsibilities
Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth for digital marketing and IT services across international markets (primarily the US and Canada).
Develop and execute advanced sales strategies, pitch frameworks, and go-to-market plans
for high-value clients.
Leverage deep understanding of digital marketing solutions (SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media, ORM, Programmatic, etc.) to consult and sell effectively.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent follow-ups with prospects.
Lead client discussions, deliver compelling presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with a consultative approach.
Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to execution and maintain strong client relationships.
Identify new market trends, partnership opportunities, and expansion areas to maximize revenue potential.
Represent the organization at networking events, webinars, and industry forums to strengthen market visibility.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. 5+ years of proven experience in business development or sales within the digital marketing/IT services domain.
Strong entrepreneurial mindset, high energy, and a target-driven approach with a history of achieving and exceeding revenue goals.
Exceptional sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to influence decision- makers.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities and long sales cycles.
In-depth understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Programmatic, etc.) is highly preferred.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
