Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation



Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve room, banquet, MICE, and leisure revenue targets.

Identify and penetrate new markets including corporate, weddings, conferences, travel agents, and online platforms.

Lead contract negotiations with corporates, tour operators, event planners, and key accounts.

Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies to stay competitive.

Marketing & Brand Management



Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, PR).

Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.

Oversee website content, OTA listings, promotions, and seasonal packages.

Collaborate with creative and digital agencies for campaigns and branding initiatives.

Team Leadership & Performance



Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales & marketing team to achieve individual and team KPIs.

Set clear targets, conduct performance reviews, and provide training and development.

Foster a performance-driven and customer-focused culture.

Budgeting & Reporting



Prepare annual sales & marketing budgets and ensure effective cost control.

Analyze sales reports, forecasts, ROI on marketing spends, and revenue performance.

Present regular MIS reports and strategic insights to management.

Customer & Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Handle VIP accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.

Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Collaboration & Coordination



Work closely with Revenue Management, Operations, Events, and Finance teams.

Support new product launches, events, and property promotions.

Ensure alignment between sales promises and operational delivery.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field

MBA sales and (Marketing) preferred.

10-15 years

of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in hospitality, hotels, or any other field on dynamic business promotion.

Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



Revenue growth (Rooms, Banquets, Events)

Occupancy and Average Daily Rate (ADR)

Market share and brand visibility

Conversion ratios and lead closures

ROI on marketing campaigns

Team performance and retention

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
