We are expanding our global footprint and looking for a talented B2B Sales & Business Development professional who thrives in international sales cycles, has a passion for client engagement, and can deliver growth through innovative strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities via inbound lead follow-up, cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
Understand client requirements and propose tailored research/consulting solutions.
Conduct virtual product demos and presentations to decision-makers.
Work closely with marketing to research accounts, target key players, and drive interest.
Maintain and expand a strong database of prospects using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Capital IQ, Factiva, Thomson One, OneSource, etc.
Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.
Prepare proposals, marketing materials, and pitch decks in collaboration with internal teams.
Manage client relationships from acquisition to repeat business.
Conduct market analysis to track industry trends, competition, and growth opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven International B2B Sales Experience (Market Research/Business Consulting preferred).
Track record of over-achieving quotas through cold calling, client acquisition, and upselling services.
Strong phone and virtual selling presence; experience engaging with CXO/decision-makers.
Prior experience in Market Research domains (qualitative, quantitative, online panel, brand tracking) is highly desirable.
Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), MS Office Suite, and online research tools.
Excellent verbal & written English communication skills.
Skilled in preparing impactful sales presentations and proposals.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of industries like CPG, FMCG, BFSI, Healthcare, ITES is a plus.
Strong analytical, networking, and relationship management skills.

CTC: As per Company Standards (based on experience)
