Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Experience of Robotic Weld Shop, i.e Fanuc, Yaskawa robotic line
Oversee day-to-day operations of the robotic weld shop, ensuring production schedules Adherence
Supervise a team of weld shop Line In charges, operators and technicians.
Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees on robotic welding procedures and safety protocols.
Program, troubleshoot, and maintain Yaskawa & Fanuc robotics welding systems.
Ensure all welding processes meet quality standards and specifications.
Conduct regular inspections of welded parts to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Work with the quality assurance team to resolve any defects or issues promptly.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure the shop complies with all occupational health and safety regulations.
Conduct stial hazarafety audits and address any problems in the weld shop.
Maintain accurate records of production outputs, machine maintenance, and safety incidents.
Prepare and submit regular reports on shop performance to the HOD.
Knowledge of Kai-Zen, Poke-yoke, 5S etc.
To properly locate inventory.
Good Knowledge/command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet & Email.
Experience in green field projects for welding shops.
Production to t Planning with PPC & execution according the requirement of customers.
Overall responsibility of the shop for production with quality and accountable for proper utilization of man,
machine, & material.
