Job Description
? Development and implementation of new products and renovation of current products in the area of Chemicals as per
organizations annual business plan and long term strategy.
? Drive continuous quality up gradation process through changes in process, introduction of new/alternate raw materials
and/or changes in formulation of Chemicals
? Drive cost reduction exercise from alternate RMs/ formula optimization in line with target set by Line Manager from Year to
Year.
? Interact with Cross functions (Purchase, Quality Assurance and Manufacturing on regular basis for timely delivery of quality
products to market.
? Work out jointly with these functions to deliver in the areas of:
a) quality/process improvement plan,
b) ISO and QMS/EMS certification/recertification
