Lead the Contracts & Procurement (C&P) function for all Civil, MEPF, and Infrastructure projects--covering tendering, contracting, procurement planning, vendor management, governance, and cost control. Ensure all processes follow FIDIC standards, corporate SOPs, and ISO guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts & tenders as per FIDIC/IS standards.
Implement Annual Procurement Plan; drive strategic sourcing and vendor development.
Ensure transparent tendering, techno-commercial evaluation, and procurement governance.
Monitor procurement schedules, material logistics, and contract performance.
Lead SOP creation, ISO-aligned process compliance, audits, and CAPA management.
Support budgeting, rate analysis, value engineering, and cost control.
Maintain dashboards: Contract Register, Risk Register, Procurement MIS.
Coordinate with Design, PM, Quality, Finance, consultants, and vendors.
Required Experience & Qualification
B.E./B.Tech (Civil/Electrical); MBA/NICMAR/RICS preferred.
15-18 years in Contracts, Procurement & Commercial Management (Real Estate/Infrastructure).
Strong knowledge of FIDIC, tendering norms, claims & contract administration.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/MM/Oracle).
