Responsibilities:

As a Sr Managed Services Consultant II, you will support Planview SaaS applications within the Planview portfolio. This role involves monitoring, delivery coordination, reporting, and hands-on technical troubleshooting in a hosted environment.

Support Planview SaaS applications: monitoring, delivery coordination, and reporting. Work on trouble tickets, manage scripts, create SQL jobs, and troubleshoot IIS. Collaborate with customers, prospects, and internal teams to diagnose connectivity and performance issues. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.



Qualifications:

Experience:

6-8 years

Strong communication skills (verbal and written fluency in English). Willingness to work on night shifts to support US & European customers. Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint preferred). Intermediate-level knowledge of SQL (Oracle SQL or Microsoft SQL preferred). Familiarity with project/agile/lean management tools (Planview, Clarizen, Clarity, CA PPM, Primavera, HP PPM, JIRA, Teamwork) is a plus.

Education Qualification

Bachelor's degree (BE, MCA, MBA) or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution
