Position:Sr. EngineerDepartment:MaintenanceResponsibilities:

• PLC and CAQ expert
• Must have knowledge on Robotic and blow molding maintenance
• Review OEE data and key indicators for use of TPM standard
• Use of CMMS D7i software tool in order to drive global standardization in the maintenance processes
• Support and interact with the production plants and global HQ that maintenance standards are kept
• Support the development/CI of maintenance standards, production equipment and processes
• Correlate OEE and TPM objectives
• Ensure availability of critical spare parts
• Distribute technology, TPM/maintenance knowledge and best practice
• Develop and implement technical standards.
• Spares Planning & Management, Documentation control
• Monitoring and control of Maintenance KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, BD Percentage, Reduction in Energy consumption)
• Preparation of Yearly & Monthly Preventive maintenance plan
• Effectiveness Monitoring of Preventive maintenance
• Monitoring and control of maintenance cost.
• Projects Co-ordination and monitoring.
• IATF 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 System awareness, implementation and adherence.
• 5s & Safety at Plant
• Robot Installation and Maintenance
• Production process

Experience:

• Graduate/ Diploma in Engineering/Electrical with preferably in Mechanical/ Electrical
• 7-8 years experience in high-volume manufacturing (automotive)
• Manufacturing experience (international assignments or project work)
• Coaching, mentoring and team-leading experience
• Detailed knowledge about manufacturing equipment
• General knowledge of legal requirements relative to all aspects of operating / maintain manufacturing equipment
• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), CMMS and Minitab
• Lean tools TPM, 6S, A3, PDCA
• Knowledge of ISO TS, EMS & OSHAS documentation.
• Strong English language skills are required
