Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable lighting solutions based on interior themes, space dimensions, and budget.
Present product features, customisation options, and USPs of Luminarya lights confidently.
Coordinate operations teams for client-specific requirements.
Follow up with leads generated through walk-ins, referrals, and digital inquiries.
Maintain client records, share quotations, and update sales pipeline in CRM tools or Excel.
Collaborate with the installation and delivery team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom growth.
Participate in exhibitions, architect/designer meets, and client visits when needed.
