JOB DESCRIPTION Key responsibilities: . Oversee a team of testers and QA resources with a focus on Data Warehousing, Master Data Management and other Data Management tools. . This role requires supporting US EST work hours . Review Test plans and test cases are accurate and complete . Develop and implement best practices across the QA team with regards to stress testing, performance testing, functional testing, regression testing, scalability, and data validation. . Work closely with US-based implementation teams to understand skills and technologies needed for effective testing. . Develop and oversee onboarding QA training for new hires . Develop and oversee advanced training program for experienced resources, focused on new QA validation technologies . Provide guidance on automating test processes . Regularly meet with project managers and engagement managers to understand how to best meet QA needs . Provide strong leadership To QA team Qualifications / Skills: Experience: 7 - 9 years of extensive working experience in various Data Management tools (DW, MDM etc.), QA validation. Significant experience writing test plans and performing functional, stress, and performance testing. Experience across multiple technologies for data validation and automation. Education: BE (with Computer background)/ BTech (IT)/ MCA Required Experience / Skills: Technical Skills: . Strong knowledge in various Data Management tools (IDP, MDM etc.) . Strong knowledge of Database/ SQL . Knowledge in Manual Testing . Knowledge and experience of a Test Management Tool . Knowledge and experience of Automation tool . Knowledge and experience of Defect Tracking tool Non-Technical Skills: . Should have very good Analytical skills . Should have very good English Communication skills . Should be good at Time Management & Organization Skills . Should have a great Attitude . Should have the Passion for the work . Previous management experience is a plus . Ability to juggle multiple work tasks .
