We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Lead Generation Specialist
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential B2B clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in building a strong and consistent sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify new B2B prospects
Generate and qualify leads via LinkedIn, email, and calls
Maintain CRM with accurate lead details
Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to build strong pipelines
Follow up with potential clients to ensure engagement
Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation or similar role
Good communication skills - written and verbal
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach tools
Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
