About Position:

We are hiring a Sr/Lead Gen AI Professional to drive the development and deployment of cutting?edge Generative AI solutions within our technology team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of AI innovation, scalable engineering, and business impact. As a core contributor, you will design Gen AI models, build intelligent systems using Python, and work hands-on with industry-leading frameworks and Azure AI technologies.

What You'll Do:

Design, develop, and deploy Gen AI models using Python and relevant AI frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide AI solutions. Continuously monitor, maintain, and improve the performance of AI models. Stay updated with the latest AI trends and technologies and implement them as needed. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing AI models using Python, contributing to the design and deployment of AI technology for various applications. This role requires a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, data analysis, and the ability to work on both structured and unstructured data. The Python Gen AI will work closely with our data science team to create innovative AI solutions that align with our business needs and goals.

Expertise You'll Bring:

Proficiency in Python programming language with a deep understanding of AI and Machine Learning algorithms. Experience in working with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design. A bachelor's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field is required, with a master's degree or Ph.D. preferred.
