Position: Sr. Lead Engineering Manager - Structures


Experience: 15-20+ Years


We are seeking a highly skilled Bridge Design Engineer with proven experience in Balanced cantilever bridges, elevated segmental super structure and Pile & well foundation design.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Conceptual and detailed design of Balanced cantilever Bridges.


2. Conceptual and detailed design of concrete, and composite Bridges.


3. Structural modeling and design of various superstructures (PSC Box girders, segmental construction, etc.).


4. Design and analysis of Well& Pile foundations, especially for river bridges and complex geotechnical conditions.


5. Preparation of detailed design reports, drawings, and specifications.


6. Coordination with project teams, consultants, and clients.


7. Mentorship of junior engineers and design review responsibilities.


Required Qualifications:


1. Bachelor's / Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.


2. Minimum 15-20+ years of experience in bridge design, with hands-on exposure to Indian codes (IRC, IS) & International codes (AASHTO, Eurocode) also preferred.


3. Proficiency in design and analysis software (MIDAS, STAAD Pro, Sofistik etc.)


Preferred Skills:


1. Experience in design of elevated segmental super structure, steel structure and foundation design.


2. Railway loading/Highway loading.


3. Effective communication and leadership skills.
