We are currently seeking a

Senior Lead Engineer/Architect - Java

Role Overview:

We are seeking a

highly experienced and self-driven Senior Architect

to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance solutions within the

EXA Data Services (S3DS/NSDS)

product line.

The candidate should have a strong background in

Java

,

Spring Framework

, and

distributed systems architecture

, with proven experience in building large-scale storage or data service products end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and own the

architecture, design, and technical roadmap

for S3DataService component. Lead the

product lifecycle

from requirements and design to development, testing, and release. Provide

technical leadership, mentorship, and reviews

for the engineering team. Drive improvements in

performance, scalability, and reliability

of distributed data systems. Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Support (L3) teams to ensure stability and quality. Evaluate and implement

customer-driven features

in collaboration with Product Management. Ensure adherence to

best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles
