Execute Design Verification Plans (DVP) and participate in DFMEA reviews to mitigate technical risks.* Operate and manage test equipment including oscilloscopes, battery cyclers, and data loggers for validation activities.
Analyze vehicle and pack-level logs to identify and resolve system-level issues.

Experience
Minimum 15 years of experience in the automotive sector with a focus on electric vehicle systems and high-voltage architectures.* Proven track record in system integration, validation, and supplier collaboration for E/E systems.
Extensive hands-on experience with vehicle-level testing, fault tracing, and diagnostics.*
Industry Preferred
Automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers specializing in Electric Vehicles (EVs), Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEVs), and advanced powertrain systems.
Experience in passenger vehicle programs with embedded systems and high-voltage component integration.*
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
Certifications in automotive diagnostics, embedded systems, or EV architecture (preferred).* Training in DFMEA, DVP, and CAN/LIN communication protocols is highly desirable.*
