who are passionate about building scalable systems, love solving complex problems, and are eager to shape the future of BI.

What You'll Do

Design, architect, and implement scalable and maintainable backend systems using

Go, Node.js, C#, or Python

Own and drive key components and services within our

BI and analytics product suite

Collaborate closely with

Product Managers, UX Designers, and Data Engineers

to define and deliver impactful features Mentor junior developers and contribute to

technical leadership

within the engineering team Define and enforce

best practices

in code quality, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and documentation Identify and resolve

performance bottlenecks

, ensuring high availability and responsiveness Actively participate in

code reviews

, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making

What We're Looking For

5+ years of

hands-on experience in backend development

Strong expertise in

at least one of the following languages

:

Node.js, Go, C#, or Python

Proven experience in

designing and building scalable RESTful APIs and microservices

Solid understanding of

SQL and NoSQL databases

Strong grasp of

system design, architecture patterns, concurrency, and distributed systems

Excellent

debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization

skills Experience mentoring developers or leading small teams is a plus Comfortable in a

product-driven engineering environment

with a strong sense of code ownership and quality

Nice to Have

Production experience with

Go

is a strong plus Familiarity with

Business Intelligence/Analytics platforms

or

enterprise SaaS products

Experience with

cloud platforms

like AWS, Azure, or GCP Exposure to

containerization and orchestration technologies

such as Docker and Kubernetes
