We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Laravel Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Laravel framework and be able to build robust and scalable web applications. As a Senior Laravel Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development efforts, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using Laravel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of codebase.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and scalability.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement in development practices.
- Contribute to the architecture and design decisions of the application.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Senior Laravel Developer or similar role (4 to 5+ years).
- In-depth knowledge of Laravel framework and its ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
- Proficient in version control systems, such as Git.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Good To Have:
- Understanding of cloud services (e.g. AWS, Azure).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g. Docker).
