About Company:
Our client is a prominent Indian engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) company with a diversified portfolio spanning multiple infrastructure sectors. The company has a significant international footprint, with operations spanning over 75 countries.
An Ideal Candidate:
An Ideal candidate should have an B. E in Architect with 15+years in Landscape Architecture, landscape cycle, Landscape Design Management, project handling, Design documentation management, Review of the landscape design & coordination etc.
Key Competencies:

• To manage consultant shortlisting & selection based on each project type (about 50+ projects in number).
• Project visioning & Test fits along with architects to determine space planning, information gathering from all departments to initiate landscape works
• Project brief, kick off meeting & design direction to the consultants
• Gaining approvals from management at important milestones
• Design documentation management at all stages - ensuring correct drawings are received from consultants on timely basis & shared. Review and checking of drawings prior to releasing to other consultants, to ensure all aspects are covered.
• Review of the landscape design & coordination with other disciplines at weekly/ fortnightly or monthly design coordination meeting with the landscape consultant, company landscape architect, internal and external teams.(Frequency of the meetings is decided based on the project status).
• Timely issue of VFC drawings to site & landscape design documents explained to the site team.
• Give timely decisions & direction and escalate matters as required.
