Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Senior Land Acquisition

to lead and execute land acquisition strategies for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of land laws, due diligence, government approvals, and negotiations with landowners. Prior experience in real estate or infrastructure projects is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential land parcels for residential, commercial, and mixed-use development. Conduct feasibility analysis including zoning regulations, title verification, and due diligence. Liaise with legal teams to ensure clear and marketable title of land. Negotiate with landowners, intermediaries, and local authorities for land purchase or joint development agreements (JDAs). Prepare and present land acquisition proposals and business cases to senior management. Maintain strong relationships with government departments and regulatory authorities. Manage all documentation related to MoUs, sale deeds, and registration processes. Keep abreast of market trends, land pricing, and competitive landscape. Ensure compliance with local, state, and central regulations for land use and acquisition.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law / Real Estate / Business Administration / Civil Engineering or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 7 - 10 years of relevant experience in land acquisition, preferably in real estate or infrastructure sectors. Proven track record in sourcing, negotiating, and closing land deals. Strong understanding of land laws, revenue records, government procedures, and statutory clearances. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle multiple land transactions and manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
