Duty Hrs : As per schedule intimated from time to time.

The Responsibilities of the Sr. Technician Laboratory includes the following:

HAEMATOLOGY & CLINICAL PATHOLOGY

If they are posted to the Phlebotomy department the responsibilities are as under:

Phlebotomist collects samples from sample collection room To follow procedure as given in phlebotomy manual. To check the particulars of the patient (Bill No., Patient details and request form) before collecting the sample. To maintain phlebotomy register To maintain the stock and indent for sample collection To dispatch the samples to the laboratory through the lab attendants. Follow the Departmental Protocols / Procedures
Any other job assigned as per exigencies of work.

To report to the HOD in respect of all matters pertaining to the Department

Supervision of work in the department

Verification and updation & upkeep of registers

Guiding the technicians in technical work

Briefing of correct performance of work

Briefing on consequences of not following procedures

Responsible for timely testing of samples and release of test reports

Validation of QC

Verification of reports

Proper record keeping

Training the Technical Staff.

Follow the Departmental Protocols / Procedures

Any other task assigned by Management from time to time depending on exigencies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
