Senior Accountant & Junior Accountant

For Sr. Accountant - 3 to 5 years of accounting experience specifically in a logistics, shipping or freight forwarding company

For Jr Accountant - 1 to 2 years of accounting experience in a logistics, shipping, or transportation company

Proven experience in freight costing, invoice reconciliation and budget tracking for logistics projects

Hands-on involvement with logistics-related financial documentation - including BOLs, PODs, and shipping invoices

Experience preparing MIS reports, coordinating with operations for billing accuracy

Knowledge of taxation and compliance relevant to international shipping is preferred

Understanding of freight documentation and support for senior accounts personnel

Knowledge in preparing Trial Balance and finalisation of accounts

Exposure to daily accounting tasks including invoice processing, petty cash handling, and payment follow-up

Should have worked with Excel and accounting software in a logistics context

Well versed with MS Office - Excel, Word, PPT etc.

Qualifications: Graduate in Commerce

Language to be known: English, Malayalam

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
