Job Brief

:The Sr.Sales Head/Floor Manager/Negotiation Manager for our jewellery showroom will be responsible for maintaining store operations, leading the sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure the showroom is always presentable and secure.





Responsibilities

Sales Lead Need to Close. Coordinate with customers and manage relationships Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets Ensure high standards of customer service Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints Train new staff and conduct regular performance reviews Develop and execute sales strategies to improve sales performance





Skills Required

Minimum of 10 years of experience in jewellery Sales/Industry Excellent Lead Closing Capacity Very Good in Price Negotiation Excellent customer Relationship Managment Proven track record of achieving sales targets Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Customer service-oriented with problem-solving abilities
