Trinity Business Solutions is looking for a solid and passionate Sr. Spring Boot/React JS Developer to join our team. You will be part of Trinity Business Solutions's core development team, which includes the full range of full-stack, automation, and QA engineers. We are looking for a team of experienced Spring developers to help in transitioning an existing Web-Application to Cloud Environment. The primary development language is going to be Java. You will need to be strong across the stack, especially on the back end, to build secure, stable, and scalable software.We are interested in self-motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly evolving technology landscape. We need senior developers/team leaders who can efficiently function in a collaborative, high-demand, performance-driven environment.KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in development life cycle activities like design, coding, testing, and production release.
• Work with the product owners and the technical team to define product roadmap and milestones.
• Develop frontend and backend components of the solution.
• Work with multi-modal data stores, standardize formats, and organize data objects.
• Write production software deployed in containerized environments.
• Lead code reviews to drive a team to the highest standards.
• Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and iterative development.
• Trace down and fix bugs, performance issues, or UX issues.
• Communicate clearly with the team to deliver high-quality code
• Ensure your software meets all quality, security, extensibility requirements, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5 years of proven experience as a Java software developer for scalable web applications
• Extensive experience with API design/implementation
• Proficient with Java Development on Front end and back-end.
• A strong sense of UI/UX design and layout
• Understanding of software quality assurance principles
• Spring Boot, REST API, React JS, microservices.
• Strong RDBMS Experience (DB2, SQL Server, or any other RDBMS)
• Strong communication skills
