Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Software Engineer (Full Stack Developer) with

3-3.5 years of hands-on experience in building scalable applications using Next.js, FastAPI, and

Supabase.

The ideal candidate should be capable of taking technical ownership, leading development

efforts, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. This

role requires strong problem-solving abilities, leadership qualities, and a deep understanding of fullstack

architecture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full Stack Development

? Design, develop, and maintain applications using Next.js (Frontend) and FastAPI (Backend).

? Work extensively with Supabase for database, authentication, and real-time features.

? Build scalable APIs, microservices, and frontend interfaces with best-in-class performance.

? Write clean, modular, and maintainable code with proper documentation.

? Implement responsive, high-performing UI/UX components.

2. Technical Leadership & Team Management

? Lead and mentor junior developers, assigning tasks and guiding them through technical

challenges.

? Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards.

? Monitor team progress, ensure timely delivery of tasks, and maintain development quality.

? Coordinate with project managers, designers, and QA resources to ensure smooth workflow.

? Provide technical solutions, make architectural decisions, and drive improvements.

3. Collaboration & Ownership

? Work closely with the product team to break down requirements into actionable tasks.

? Collaborate with DevOps/CI/CD teams for seamless deployment workflows.

? Maintain ownership of the full development lifecycle--from requirement analysis to

production.

? Ensure best practices in coding, testing, performance optimization, and security.

? Troubleshoot production issues and provide quick resolutions.

4. Process Excellence

? Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, estimations, and retrospectives.

? Ensure all tasks follow internal development workflows and documentation standards.

? Advocate for process improvements, new technologies, and best practices.

? Support the team in achieving delivery timelines and maintaining code quality metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

? 3-3.5 years of full-stack development experience.

? Strong hands-on experience with:

o Next.js (frontend, SSR, CSR, API routes)

o FastAPI (backend APIs, async programming)

o Supabase (database, storage, auth, real-time syncing)

? Solid understanding of Git workflows, PR processes, and CI/CD collaboration.

? Experience leading small teams or mentoring developers.

? Strong problem-solving skills and ability to break complex requirements into deliverable tasks.

? Excellent communication and leadership qualities.
