Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with mandatory, hands-on expertise in Node.js and React.js. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience delivering scalable, high-performance web applications and services across the full stack. You will lead full lifecycle development with strong focus on JavaScript technologies, cloud-native architecture (especially Microsoft Azure), DevOps, and containerised deployments.

This role is ideal for engineers who are passionate about clean code, modern development practices, and architecting complex systems for enterprise or financial domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain modern, high-performance web applications using Node.js (backend) and React.js (frontend)-- expertise in both is a must.

Architect and consume RESTful APIs, including secured integrations using JWT and OAuth2.0.

Implement cloud-native microservices and serverless functions using Microsoft Azure (Functions, App Services, Logic Apps).

Build scalable and reusable frontend components using React, Redux, and component libraries like Material UI or Tailwind CSS.

Lead application deployment with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps tools on Azure and optionally AWS.

Design and optimize database schemas and queries using SQL Server, MySQL, and MongoDB.

Apply best practices in testing, version control, and secure coding to ensure clean and reliable software delivery.

Monitor, debug, and optimize applications in production environments using tools like App Insights, Azure Monitor, or CloudWatch.

Mentor junior developers and collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA teams for delivery excellence.

Required Skills & Must-Have Expertise : Core Tech Stack):

Expert in Node.js -- REST API development, Express.js, async patterns, middleware, error handling

Expert in React.js -- Hooks, functional components, Redux, performance tuning

Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3

Experience integrating RESTful APIs with authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth2.0)

Cloud & DevOps:

Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure: Azure Functions, App Services, Blob Storage, Azure SQL, Logic Apps

CI/CD using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins

Docker containerisation and deployment to AKS, ECS, or similar

Familiarity with AWS (S3, Lambda, RDS, EC2) is a plus

Databases:

SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB -- schema design, query optimization, indexing

Additional Tools & Practices:

Code quality: ESLint, Prettier, PostCSS

Version control: Git

Experience with testing tools: Jest, Mocha, Cypress

Agile/Scrum environment experience

Nice to Have:

Experience with .NET Core (C#) APIs

Familiarity with GraphQL or Next.js

Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform)

Knowledge of serverless and event-driven architecture

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Azure Developer Associate or similar Microsoft/AWS certification is a plus.
