Shift :

Responsibilities : - Develop robust and scalable applications using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud to meet business requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for software development projects. - Implement Spring Integration to ensure seamless communication between different systems and applications.



Utilize Java programming skills to write clean efficient and maintainable code. - Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth functioning of applications. - Optimize application performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Work closely with the asset and wealth management teams to understand domain-specific needs and tailor solutions accordingly. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. - Ensure the security and integrity of applications by implementing appropriate measures. - Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Spring Framework and Java to enhance development practices. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers as needed. - Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and quality assurance of applications. Qualifications - - Extensive experience in Spring Cloud Spring Boot and Spring Integration is required. - Proficiency in Java and Spring MVC is essential for developing high-quality applications. Familiarity with COTS Products in BFS Asset & Wealth Management is a nice-to-have skill. - Strong understanding of Spring Core and Spring Framework is necessary for effective application development. - Ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site work effectively. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial for troubleshooting and optimizing applications.
