Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot, focusing on cloud-friendly and distributed architectures.



Develop and support microservices-based platforms, ensuring seamless communication and scalability.



Implement event-driven systems and real-time data processing with Kafka.



Participate in all phases of development including requirement gathering, coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.



Collaborate with engineering teams, DevOps, and QA for smooth delivery and integration.



Apply design patterns and best practices; optimize modules for performance and resilience.



Required Skills

4+ years of hands-on experience in backend development with Java.



Strong expertise in Spring Boot and building RESTful APIs.



Proficiency in microservices design, deployment, and lifecycle management.



Practical experience working with Kafka or similar message queues for real-time data or event-driven architecture.



Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases; basic understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus).



Good problem-solving skills and ability to independently drive projects.



Preferred/Additional Skills:

Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.



Ability to mentor junior team members and collaborate in cross-functional teams.



Strong communication skills and capacity to work with international stakeholders.
