Sr. Java Developer - full-time, US Shift - contract-based work - 10+ Years Experience mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

? Develop & Maintain Java Applications: Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality
Java applications.
? Database Management: Design, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL, MySQL
databases to ensure high performance and scalability.
? Backend Development: Work on RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and
Spring Boot applications.
? Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in Java applications and PostgreSQL
queries and optimize them for efficiency.
? Data Modeling & Query Optimization: Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures,
and optimize indexes in PostgreSQL.
? Cloud & DevOps Integration: Work with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and
implement CI/CD pipelines.
? Troubleshooting & Debugging: Analyze and resolve application/database-related
issues.
? Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and
stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

You will:

Use the US consultant's identity and credentials to apply and interview for software engineering roles in the US. Attend interviews and perform job duties under the identity provided by the US consultant. Work remotely while maintaining US time zone availability.

Your Responsibilities:

Prepare and train for interviews using the profile and identity provided. Attend interviews and complete job-related tasks if selected. Be available during:

- Interview stage: 2 hours/day

- Working stage: 8 hours/day (aligned with US working hours)

Maintain strict confidentiality.

What the US Consultant Provides:

A legally compliant US identity for job onboarding. All required US-based accounts (Gmail, LinkedIn, phone number, etc.). Resume writing and job application support. Interview preparation (technical and cultural). Management of employer-provided equipment. Payroll handling and tax compliance in the US.

Confidentiality & Compliance:

You must not disclose the nature of this partnership to anyone (especially employers). You cannot switch identities once onboarded. This is a subcontracting agreement, governed by California and US federal law. You are responsible for tax compliance in your own country.

Termination:

The agreement is reviewed yearly. Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. Any breach of responsibilities, confidentiality, or non-payment may result in termination and legal action.
