Who are we Fulcrum Digital is an agile and next-generation digital accelerating company providing digital transformation and technology services right from ideation to implementation. These services have applicability across a variety of industries, including banking &; financial services, insurance, retail, higher education, food, healthcare, and manufacturing. The Role Hands on experience 6+ years required in Java Development Strong understanding of Design Patterns like Microservice Knowledge of Agile SCRUM methodologies of development Good understanding of Restful Services, Json web services and SQL languages Good understanding of DevOps tools like Jenkins, CI/CD - GIT lab or any other similar IFE Manage productions incidents end-to-end within defined SLAs with focus on resolution rather than who caused it. Interact with various stake holders such as Release managers, program leads, service managers, development, and test leads Provide pre-implementation support with activities such as release notes review and implementation dry runs. Requirements Proficient in Java &; Spring Boot, Unit testing, Cloud deployment models &; microservices Working knowledge of React Strong with Java design patterns &; their implementations Good communication skills Experience leading / driving a small team (3-5 dev) Good to have Restful API, Java, Spring boot, Hibernate, JPA HTML, CSS, Java script, Bootstrap, Angular JS or equivalent (React or Vue), Node JS Decent Knowledge of DSA Oracle, Postgres, or MongoDB
