Sr. Java Developer (Java & Microservices)

to join our Product Development team. You will play a key role in modernizing our tech stack, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing applications that deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

Interpret and translate business/functional requirements into technical specifications. Collaborate with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, QA, and other cross-functional teams. Design and develop scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions. Write and maintain unit test cases; conduct code reviews. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance. Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and security standards. Assist in preparing design documents and handle technical risks proactively.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in

Java (19), Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Microservices, REST, JWT, Multithreading

. Messaging frameworks:

Kafka, RabbitMQ

. Strong database knowledge:

MySQL, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, MongoDB

. ORM frameworks:

JPA/Hibernate

. Testing frameworks:

JUnit, Mockito, TestNG

Good to Have Skills:

Experience with

Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure

. CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Bamboo, etc. Familiarity with BPMN, Rule Engines, Solr/Endeca/Lucene. Exposure to

React

or other JS frameworks. Prior experience in

Startups / Product Development environments
